About Mongolia 3 | Spring time

I mentioned before that Mongolia has all 4 seasons. Thought I'd talk about each of them.
First of is Spring which is the current season at this time. Spring is from April to May....i think.... -_-...>_>...

To be honest Spring is not a pretty sight in Mongolia. It get's very windy and dry, and loose dirt riding the wind keeps getting into your eyes and face. Recommended to wear sunglasses. I don't recommend tourists to visit in Spring nothing special to see really.

Snow melts and the temperature rises dramatically. +5 Celsius feels really warm since it was always over -10 Celsius in the winter. The Morning air becomes nice gives you the warm feeling that winters over.

The trees and grass Slowly but Surely turn green
Tis the end of May they show their true beauty
Tif I remember correctly.
Kinda looks barren right now eh?. In Japan the cherry blossoms are already in bloom at this time.

It's said that in Spring it's easy for us to catch a cold.Because of two reasens
a)Our beaten-by-cold-winter weakened bodies are easy to infiltrate for viruses
b)People just get tricked by the weather. One day it's warm the next day you wear light clothes but then it get's cold again.
Supersize the pic above^.

  A few Mongolian words:
Хавар(khavar)=Spring
Улирал (uliral)=Season
Мод(mod)=Tree
Цэцэг(tsetseg)=Flower

  1. Why is that pole there saying "May Peace Prevail On Earth"? Is it part of a monument?
